Anyáim története / Her Mothers

Az Anyáim története c. magyar film Virág, a korábbi zöld politikus és zenész párja, Nóra családdá válásának történetét meséli el. A film 2016 elején indul, amikor a pár úgy dönt, hogy gyereket fogad örökbe és a családalapításra koncentrál. Hosszú várakozás után kerül hozzájuk kislányuk. Míg Virág ösztönösen ráérez az anyaszerepre, Nóra nehezen találja a helyét a családban. A szülővé válás nehézségei mellett a radikalizálódó magyar politikai helyzettel is meg kell küzdeniük, amely egyre növekvő mértékben befolyásolja életük és jövőbeli terveik alakulását.

The Story of Her Mothers is a Hungarian film that tells the story of Virág, the former Green politician, and musician partner Nora’s journey to becoming a family. The film opens in early 2016, when the couple decides to adopt a child and focus on building a family together. While Virág instinctively feels the need to be a mother, Nora finds it difficult to find her place in the family. In addition to the difficulties of becoming parents, they have to cope with the radicalising political situation in Hungary, which increasingly affects their lives and future plans.
